"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"Timeline was delayed a little as this work involved an insurance claim. But Chris Sabin of WateROOFessional was there all the way and helped coordinate. The roof was completed last week. Looks great. 2 story house with a couple hard to access spots and a detached garage. Used proper materials in different areas. Repaired/replaced things as necessary and appropriate including 2 remote controlled skylights. Even painted the vent stacks. All in all, good quality and workmanship. Preston answered all the questions I had and even answered some questions I didn’t even think about. I had some fascia that needed replaced that we were unaware of until the old gutters were removed and Preston’s team had the supplies needed to fix my fascia. Very happy with the overall experience and haven’t had any issues with my new gutters. The warranty that comes with the gutters I’m very happy with as well. I’ll be purchasing his gutter guards his company offers this summer as well."
