Nick paid close attention to details and saved my 43 yr-old wallpaper in both bathrooms. We truly cannot praise his expertise and workmanship enough!!! And, neat!!! "Tammy and her crew do fantastic work. They have been our go to roofing company for over 10 years. When our 22 year old roof finally gave up the ghost, we booked them to replace it. They worked with the materials delivery schedule, which was a Friday morning delivery. The crew showed up the very next day just before 7AM. It turned out to be an extremely hot and humid day, but the guys just chugged away, only stopping for lunch around 1PM. Roof and cleanup was completely done by 6PM. They were very careful during the tear off process to avoid any damage to our backyard garden that is right up against our house, and kept all the debris out of our in ground pool. The architectural style shingles and USA’s awesome work have given us a beautiful new roof. We highly recommend them, and Tammy and her crew will continue to be our roofing contractor for the future."

Jon was great to work with on the sales end, and the install team did a nice job. The installer even recommended changing the paint chip color on the day of the install because he thought that the color scheme may clash a bit. I thought this may delay us, but they were able to get another color there that SAME DAY and there was no delay. I would highly recommend using them!"

"Our bathroom was 20+ years old and needed updating. Mr. McAvoy came and asked what we had in mind. He was great at listening and understanding not necessarily what we said, but what we actually had in mind. He made some suggestions to help make updates but keep the cost down, e.g., a way to keep the very large mirror in the bathroom so we didn't have to replace it because of one small area. He also pointed out some things that we could do to help match the area around the tub (which we were keeping), to the new shower and countertops. Once we had the plans, we went into the store and worked with Dawn to pick out tile, shapes, colors, doors, faucets... it's amazing all the decisions you have to make for a bathroom. She was extremely patient while we swapped out countertop and tile colors, and always explained why she made some of the suggestions she did. They scheduled us several months in advance but still started right on time, and finished before the expected end date. Mr. Donnie oversaw the workers and kept us up to date at every step. Even the painter - she matched the new paint in the bathroom to the existing paint in the bedroom. It was perfect. I can't describe the transformation, everything was just so much nicer than anything we expected. I'm SO GLAD we listened to everyone who helped us - we could not have created such an amazing final product on our own. I would have them back to do anything in our house. They were clean, did not leave even a drop of water or paint anywhere, and even came back to install a shower hook that we forgot to ask them to order. Mr. Donnie was very professional, answered lots of questions for us, and made sure we were happy with everything. Thank you Tremain!"
