"Work was done in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up the work area well. I would definitely hire them again for handyman work in the future."

"We couldn't be happier! Our walk-in shower no longer looks like a science experiment gone horribly wrong. I wish I had taken some before pics, but imagine a lot of gunk and slime that was really hard to scrape off and that had stained the grout. All that is gone now, which is exactly what we wanted and paid for. Now we just have to hope that it stays this clean for a long time."

"Cleaning products had etched some of the marble in my shower. I called the Tile Shop where I had purchased the marble and they recommended Mr. Marble Care. Roger came out and gave a thorough look. We decided that, since he was coming anyway, to have the full shower polished as well as our marble floor. It was a two day job. Curt was meticulous in his work. He caulked some spots in the shower at no charge. Roger lent a hand on the second day in order for them to be done. There is a marked difference in our shower and floor. They look brand new!"

"He picked up the rugs. Kept in touch as to their progress, brought them back. Placed the hooked rug on the floor and took the two other rugs upstairs for storage, wrapped in plastic. The hooked rug was nice, fluffy and clean. Bet that he got a couple pounds of dirt out of it. The other rugs were filthy also. I didn't check them because the hooked rug was nice and I assumed that the other one's were too. They were thrift shop rugs. <br />"

"I called for an estimate Brian came out the next day. He determined the floor needed cleaned and re-sealed. There were also a few spots that the grout had deteriorated and needed replaced. He gave me a couple of options and then scheduled the work. Our daughter was getting married two weeks later and we wanted to have the floor cleaned before hosting a brunch for her the day after her wedding. Even though it was a tight schedule, Brian worked us in and did a wonderful job. <br />"

"I was told they would call 30 minutes before they showed up at the house. Not a big deal, but they didn't do this. The cleaning was ok, but the carpets were soaking wet. I was told it would take a few hours to dry. They started at around 1:30pm, finished about 3:00pm. At 11:00pm that night, all carpets were still very wet, even after blowing a fan on them most of the evening and even the next morning, After the carpet cleaning was done, there was quite a bit of solution on our hardwood floors. The person that was doing the work started mopping it with water. You don't put water on hardwood floors; it ruins them. Once I saw that, I immediately told them to stop, wipe it up and I would clean them with the Bona floor cleaner, You would think since I, the homeowner, was there, they would ask in advance about how to wipe up the floor. Also, the person that did the cleaning wore sneakers, and I could see tread marks on the floors downstairs and upstairs in the bathroom. I don't understand why special protective "footies" wouldn't be worn while cleaning. I also noticed several scuff marks on the walls near the front door where all of the hoses were brought in and the front door had chemicals on them which I wiped down. My wood table in the living room also had hand marks on them (not sure if this was chemical based or just sweat) but again I would expect this to be cleaned up at the end of the job. I don't think that enough care was taken to ensure my hardwood floors and other property were cared for the way they should have been. I will not use this company again."

"After our neighbors pressure washed their driveway it was clear we needed to do the same. I had used Window Genie of Indianapolis SW a few times for window cleaning and was always satisfied so I called again for their pressure washing services. The technicians arrived on time and began work right away and I was not disappointed, the results were impressive! I purchased an Angie's List Deal for this service. Now I am thinking I should have them clean the grout in my kitchen."

"Both company techs worked hard to clean multiple stains. Their efforts produced excellent results. When some of the upholstery stains did not respond to the basic chemicals, the lead tech discussed options before using stronger chemicals that could have damaged the fabric color. He did exactly what I asked him to do."
