"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Justin contacted me bright and early for a washer that suddenly stopped spinning. I requested feedback from Angie’s List at 1 am. So the quick response was appreciated, as I needed to know if it could be fixed or if I needed to buy a new washer ASAP. He showed up at the appointed time, texted upon his arrival, was pleasant and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My wife who was away for the last few days will now be happy that we still have a working washer!"

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. I really do wish I hadn't let another repair service waste a week and that I had simply found Repair Tech Plus first. Eddie and RepairTech Plus made what can potentially be a stressful situation comfortable."

"Murphy Family Services was excellent from start to finish. I used an Angie's List 4-hours of work deal... Mike the electrician was awesome! He called ahead, arrived early, performed a ton of work and educated me about some important things to look out for. Also, there were no hidden fees or tricks on how much it actually cost. I will always be calling these guys for electrical help."

"What a great repair experience! Justin called me, made an appointment to repair out very old clothes dryer, got the dryer model number from me, showed up on time, and got straight to work. He quickly identified the problem and had brought the correct replacement part. He then demonstrated that the dryer was working properly. Justin was friendly, polite, and efficient. 5 stars don't seem like enough for this kind of service. Highly recommended. BVC"
