During the process our furnace also quit working. Brad is very knowledgeable and informative about the heat & air systems and the various units available for our needs. Also his estimate was lower than the others we had already received. This was pleasing news, as we are retired and on fixed income. When he and his crew arrived, they were friendly, courteous, and worked very quickly and efficiently. They removed the old, installed the new, and cleaned up everything in just a few hours. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
