"We have been using this company for several years to tend to our irrigation system. While restarting the system this spring the technician missed a rotor that had not retracted entirely after a test run -- it was raining that day. Next morning our lawn mowing company accidentally ran through the rotor. I informed Indy Irrigation of the mishap. It was quite cool and rainy then so we were not intending to use the system for a while. Still, later that week a technician, Jason I believe his name was, stopped by and replaced the head. He was very courteous and nice to talk to. Since the problem had happened right after system activation Indy Irrigation waived the charges which I was appreciative of. (I have never understood why certain companies nickel/dime their customer when they stand to make so much more over the course of a long term relationship.) Once again, a thumbs up to Jason for his customer service skills which I feel are so so important in a company and its representative. Also want to acknowledge Danielle for her prompt response and scheduling."

"I got three quotes for my 0.4 acre yard. The big local supplier came back at $5500 for 11 zones, American Irrigation was $4000 for 11 zones, and a third quote was $3600 for 6 zones. Obviously American Irrigation was the best value for my yard. Overall, this was a fantastic installation. Norm, his crew chief Billy, and the rest of the crew did a great job with the installation and start-up. Norm met me in person the day after I called and answered all of my questions. They began work a day or two later and finished in about 4 working days. I was impressed by the expertise and knowledge of the entire crew and they were very professional. "We started from scratch with landscaping in 2012, and after talking to several companies, chose to use John Lane at Noll. We always felt our now 46-year-old wooded property had great potential, but it had developed some problems, and we had never really given serious consideration to professional landscaping. We started in the front of the house and also at the driveway entrance, and then on a whim added a fireboulder/firepit area in the back with landscaping there, too. Along the driveway are numerous brown-toned boulders as well as lighting in the trees to help people stay on the curved driveway. He has given us great guidance on using native plants, wildflowers, and bushes, which are more likely to thrive in this geographic area. "i was amazed as to how fast they dug the holes to install the system. most of it was done by hand. only thing run with their machine was 2 lines out into the yard. a couple of pipes were damaged BUT they fixed them right away. System is working OK. Adam and his crew were great! Ob did a good job explaining what needed to be done. I was also happy that they did the job for me, because a local installer wouldn't even come out to quote it. If you live near Crawfordsville please call this company for service."

"Project went great and they were very easy to work with. Due to the rainy Spring the project was difficult to get underway because they preferred to wait until the ground was dry enough so my yard wouldn't be damaged too much. Keith was easy to communicate with and keep me abreast of possible windows to do the install. We even got the job halfway done and then rain hit making the ground too soft to use the big equipment so they sent a crew out to hand dig my backyard so that I wasn't stuck with a half completed job. Follow up walk through went smoothly and showed me how to work my system. After several weeks, I'm loving having a system set up."
