"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Excellent! Very professional. Large crew...in and out in 1 day. They have done at least 3 other roof jobs in my neighborhood and came highly recommended. I can see why. Great price, great guarantee, quick, efficient, great clean-up. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself. All in all, though, they did a great job of protecting my plants and bushes."

"It went really well. They were able to get us in earlier than we had anticipated. They were prompt and worked hard. Our roof was replaced in just one day. Cleanup afterward wasn't exceptional, but the overall was still excellent.

"It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. When I talked to one of my neighbors, they said that he was there two days ago. Other than the roof doesn't leak anymore, there was no evidence that he had been there. The crew completely cleaned up everything and they were in and out in an afternoon. I called them and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate and he was out three days later to fix the roof. "Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. "I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"
