We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. "Crew was excellent: efficient, informative.  Owner Reynolds gave me complete information about my choices/options in roofing, including where to put the vents.  After I had chosen one color, he brought back a sample of a new possibility that was superior to what I had been thinking.  My new blue-ish roof is beautiful, tight and makes the whole house look so much better.  Roof is very steep and difficult to do, I realized once I saw the ways the crew had to work on it--and there are two flat parts that I have never before had done correctly.  Reynolds and his crew clearly knew what they were doing and drew on good previous experience.  Job site well cleaned and managed while here and as they departed.

"I've replaced have replaced my furnace and water heater with high efficiency ones that vent out the side of the house. I no longer needed the metal flue that vented through the roof. They removed the metal flue, plugged the hole, re shingled the area, and installed a new ridge vent. Everything was quality work. Two guys were here for around 3 hours. From the time I contacted them until the time the work was complete was about 3 weeks. They have a separate dept. that just does smaller jobs like this. I contacted some other companies and they never even returned my messages. Below before and after pictures."
