"I had put in a new ceiling light in my pantry and couldn't get it to work. I thought I had tried every possible trouble shooting possiblity and finally broke down and called Beech Grove Electric. The man I spoke to was very nice and professional. He and his assistant came out the next morning and were right on time. As it turns out I was trying to use a burned out light bulb (DUH!!!). I felt really stupid but they told me that I wasn't the first person to make that mistake. They offered to check any other electrical issues I might be having.The bathroom fan hadn't been working so they took it apart, cleaned it and tested it. They told me it was not worth repairing and I should just buy a replacement fan at a store like Lowe's and that I could easily install it myself. I did just that and it works great! If I ever need an electrician I will be sure to call them again."

They were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. They had great attention to detail and were very organized and efficient. The floors look absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the job they did that I asked them to go ahead and put down vinyl plank in the connecting hallway. The whole job was very well done - couldn't have asked for better service. "It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

He had pictures of the washer and dryer on the internet, and when I called, he explained that he checks out all of the machines that he sells and completely refurbishes them before selling them. When he arrived with the washer and dryer, I was even more impressed. They were so nice (they look like they've barely been used) and they both work great. Plus, the price was hard to beat. As for Rob, he's an extremely nice, polite, and hardworking guy. As I said, I was really impressed. I'd recommend his business to anyone."
