When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"I wish I could explain it. I called Abbey Fence and Deck last week to request a quote for a deck extension with composite deck boards. They quickly put me on the schedule no problem. Flash forward to today. The guy started measuring my existing balcony and asked what I wanted and as soon as I started explaining that I wanted to expand the deck out into the yard and across the back of the home, he started making excuses. He said they only had white rails no black, he started telling me about another job where he was waiting since September (it’s now March) for materials. He went on to say it would be August when he could get black railings. Then I said ok, if you can’t do the job I understand. So he took all his measuring tools, including a huge walking measuring wheel and left. It was very odd. Why didn’t they tell me when I called that they were low on parts or had a backlog on projects due to lack of materials. Needless to say, I called Wold Home Products, one of the companies he said they use and get this....The customer service rep said they have plenty of black aluminum railings. She even went on to tell me to have the contractor ask for the Westbury Tuscany #C-10. When I read reviews I take what people say with a grain of salt, especially if they are the only negative in a sea of positives. Trust me, I wasn’t asking for anything special or extravagant, just a simple deck. It was truly odd."

"The team came in and did an excellent job in restoring my deck. It looks better than it did 20 years ago. While they were working on the deck, I had an issue with a leak in my bathroom that damaged the kitchen ceiling. They came in assessed and fixed the leak, and repaired the ceiling...all while ALSO completing the deck project in time. I can't say enough on how great of a job they did. "We recently hired Precision Remodeling to replace our old wooden back deck with a new composite one. Dave walked us through all the options clearly & concisely, as well as pointing out potential issues that may affect the project cost / timeline. The project cost was in the ballpark of what we were expecting, so we confident with the decision. The Precision Remodeling crew arrived on time each morning, left the site clean each afternoon, and the foreman kept us up to date with status of work / upcoming permit reviews / etc. Dave also checked in throughout the project and addressed any concerns. "Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future."
