"My washer was making a loud noise and wasnâ t draining properly. I called Mr Appliance to service my washer. Appointments was made easy thru the phone. I received a call and confirmation notification of the appointment time which was next day ( within 24 hrs ). As the apt time came closer I received a call and notification of exact time and a picture of the repair person so I knew exactly when and who was coming to my house. Mr Tomasâ s arrived exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue when I explained what was going on . Explained what he found and what needed to be fixed, told me what the approx cost would be, checked to see if part was on his truck, I approved repair he did it in an hour. Very professional friendly and thorough all through the process. Highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Loren and mr Tomasz for their excellent customer service!
