"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Responded to my initial call very quickly.Worked with my schedule and arrived promptly at the agreed time.Diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to return later . Brought back the part earlier than expected and fixed my dryer. He was pleasant, answered all my questions and acted in a professional manner.I was delighted with the way everything was handled and I know I will definitely call him again and recommend him to others.Since I am 84 years old , I have been involved with many service calls over the years, so you know I am speaking from experience in this evaluation."

"I think it’s like $19 a month for the contract. I am very happy, they are a very good company. They are there within 15 to 20 minutes, if there’s an issue they would call. They do excellent work, the price is reasonable, the service is excellent. I don’t have to think about it. They call me and tell me when they need to come out. I can choose the day, I can schedule the day or have the day off and have it done. They’ve spoiled me, they always call. Actually, they call or send a card."

"Unfortunately, he was trying to hang up one of my mirrors and he scratched it in two places. He is supposed to replace the mirror at this point, but his overall service was fine. I don't know, it happens. It wasn't intentional. I am not angry or anything, but it's just that I have to replace a mirror. He took his time with the other things that I needed done. It was just unfortunate that the mirror got scratched. He was on time. He was prior to the time. He introduced himself and seen what I needed done before going on the clock."
