"The sales person set-up an appointment with me a few days after I called. He explained all of the details and gave me a great price. About a week later an installer came to the house to take measurements, check for lead paint in the existing windows and answer any additional questions I had. About 3 weeks later I received a call that the custom made windows were ready and I scheduled an installation date for later that week. I agreed with the person scheduling the installation date that because of the threat of bad weather the installation may be postponed by a day or two. The installation was postponed one day of which I had anticipated and had no problem with. The installers called about 45 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. They arrived and went right to work. I believe it took about 4 to 5 hours to get the old windows out and install the new. During that time I chatted with them briefly and found them to be very friendly and professional. They installed the wonderful new windows and thoroughly cleaned them along with their work area and hauled away all of the debris. 
Overall I am very happy with the entire process and love the new windows. I plan on contacting them later this year to discuss
more work I would like done to my house.

"I rated their work five stars due to their quick response on their quote, work-order, customer service, dealing with my lender and my repair consultant. It was not easy, lots of documents were needed to be provided to the lender, however they never complained and were always pleasant. They were quick. Excellent customer service. I contacted them and they scheduled a meeting and provided me with a quote within a week. The contractor was professional, on time, kept contact at all times and available for questions. I am in process of purchasing a house, however it is a renovation loan. It was very difficult getting a contractor to take the job. I had a contractor but canceled on me due to documents requested by the lender. I had tried about 8 different contractors and no one would even try to come and see the job because it was not my house as yet. Badger Contractor came to my rescue.
