Available via e-mail or cell as needed, and also they set a schedule using web-based project management tool that automatically alerted you to updates on the project. They would also call to update in addition to relying on the project management portal. Weather prohibited project completion, but they worked late into the season to get main part of it done and will finish the work in the spring (ground work and cement below the deck, and painting).
