When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

We had persistent basement flooding, and two previous contractors convinced us to spend over $6,000 on a sump pump and humidifier. "Since it was a small job, I was hoping it could be done while I waited, but they handle jobs in the order in which they are received (no exceptions), so I had to wait until they called for a pick-up. The piece was perfectly duplicated and carefully packaged against breakage. They even supplied me with the correct adhesive for mirrors since I was completing the repair. All in all, a good experience. I'm thankful to have found this company and recommend them to anyone who needs mirror work done.
