"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

The team was courteous, professional, and conscious of the fact that we have animals in the home. They were here for about 1/2 the day and my home was cleaner when they left than when the job was started. When a discrepancy was found in the work done vs. what was charged, the owner immediately apologized and sent the team back on our schedule to take care of it. I would definitely recommend Velocity!"
