But Lisa, in the office, kept us posted and made sure that everything moved along as quickly as possible. The team that worked on the roof were professional and efficient. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"They came and did and inspection. I purchase the service contract for 3 years as part of the service. They came and inspected the
property and closed the holes that the squirrels made in the ceiling in the garage. Then sealed any place they could with mesh and metal siding. There was still noise, the came back and left traps and cage. They put mesh on the vents on the roof and the side of the house where they could get in. They came back every week until there was not noise. We the contract they will continue to come when I call at no additional charge..

"The owner, Mike Cover, responded to my initial e-mail within the hour. I explained what I needed done and he said it would be a disservice to quote a job without seeing what was needed first. He came over the following day when I was available. He walked through my house and we discussed what work was needed. He promised a written estimate within 24 hours, which I received before the night was over. We made arrangements based on my availability. He and his assistant were at my home on time that Saturday afternoon. They hardly spoke while tackling each task quickly and efficiently. They worked really well together and did an amazing job."
