"The worker arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. He was warm and accommodating, and paid attention to detail. I was so pleased with his work and craftmanship, I plan to hire them for future work. I hope that this is the kind of service that is provided for other customers as this is what the customers want to have."

"The price was competitive, not the cheapest but close, for the same materials as other quotes I received to replace the shingles, gutters and downspouts on a townhome. John, the GC, was great to deal with and the work appears to be well done (no issues). John was pretty responsive with regards to the job and definitely professional. My only complaint is not with the work done but that the delivery truck cracked my driveway and after going back and forth for nearly a year with LKC to repair it I had to lodge a complaint with the BBB just to finally get a reply that I have to go through the delivery company for the repairs which is still ongoing since it has been so long since the actual crack occurred. I should not have had to email and call constantly for a year to be told to go through a delivery company, that I had no dealings with, to have my driveway repaired."

"I gave them a B on price, because it wasn't anything spectacular, but it was certainly fair. After a week or so, it rained and we saw there was a slight leak on the gutters. Mr. McGavin came by on July 4th and fixed it."

"Excellent work - right on time - efficient and good quality work. I will call Jose Rodriguez the next time I need painting or other work they list on their web site. Thanks"

"Excellent work building our patio! A pleasure to work with, excellent communication, reasonable and transparent pricing, and was able to start within a few weeks of giving an estimate. Would definitely recommend and would hire again."

"I called multiple roofing vendors. Most would companies could not be bothered with considering doing a small job. While Walter Brown did not do the original install of my roof, but they definitely did not hesitate to offer to help. From Alicia who answered the phone to Tyler and Lisa who helped getting me on the schedule. Lisa, Tyler - thank you. If I need any type roofing services in the future, I will not hesitate to call Walter Brown. Thanks again."

"As for foundation work a great job was done 100%, but as for the new shed that had to be assemble on site they get a grade of minus 20%."
