In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."

"They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."
