"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran.
