"After our contractor abandoned our kitchen project, Direct Cooling was called because we've used them in the past. After speaking with the owner, Mr. Frank, who recently installed our new A.C. unit, duct work, and re-routing of our drain and coolant lines to eliminate a wall. DC's team came in and re-installed our rangetop exhaust hood and modified the new hood to exhaust outside. How did it go? Perfect!"

"The technician came check the unit and found the problem. He corrected the issue. My house is big and I have 2 units. I asked the technician if he had time to check on my second unit since I did not know if it was time to do a coil cleaning. The technician was super nice about it and he check it . The technician was very professional, he took the time to explained everything to me and gave me some recommendations."

"EXCELLENT!! Our air went out on 6/28 and temps in our home hit 91. It was unbearable for us and our 4 chihuahuas. We have a home warranty contract and Fuss Free was to be the service provider. We were concerned that with this heat and an upcoming holiday they might be really busy and we may have to wait for days for service (very understandable). We purchased room size window ACs just in case. But we didn’t need them. The technician arrived today and we have working AC! The technician was so personable and fixed our AC really quick. We were so happy that I called the office to thank them for such a quick response and to let them know how pleasant the technician was We highly recommend FUSS FREE for your AC needs.
