My family room carpet developed some very distinct stains as it dried, and I called the company in a bit of a panic, since I had a large party scheduled in a few days. Apparently, my light blue carpet reacted with the cleaner that was used. The technician returned the next day, used a chemical that immediately neutralized the staining, and recleaned the entire carpet (quite cheerfully, I might add). The result was great--better than any other cleaner had ever achieved. I will definitely use this company again, based on the results and the way they handled my concerns.
