I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As a homeowner needing to get things done that I do not have time to do, I tried to hire people to do the work for me. If I contacted companies, they did not answer the phone and if you left a message they did not call back. If they did call back or they would schedule appointments and never show up or if they did show up you would never hear from them again. If I was lucky to find one that provided an estimate, they did not know how to do the projects requested. Larger companies do not want to do the "little" things. At the point of getting so frustrated, I decided to start this business so that other homeowners would not have to go through this. I have hired professional and qualified people; drug test and background checks have been performed on them to ensure clients safety. The technician comes out, accesses the work and pricing is given on site. If pricing is accepted, the technician will perform the work immediately. You do not pay for the work until the job has been completed to your satisfaction.

He knew so much about this industry that he was able to offer a more economically sound option than we were previously quoted. He was prompt, we had service in no time, and he had to travel from Atlanta to Savannah. Seng also offered solutions to problems we had that were not within the confines of what he was hired to do. In fact, he helped me with a computer issue remotely a few days ago. Seng and this company are amazing!
