"We contacted Trevon and he got back to us in a timely manner to discuss our options. We took a couple of days to decide on the color. We then met with Trevon to go over and sign a contract. The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."

There were some very difficult windows to replace and Eric's crew took their time to do the job right. At the end of each day the crew would pick up and leave the premises clean.?I was very impressed with the quality of windows Eric represents. The sliding glass doors and windows slide without any effort and all lock properly with no hassle. Eric made sure I was satisfied with the work before asking for final payment. "When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
