Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! "They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty.
