The dispatch was rude and claimed he didn't know who the owner was when I asked to speak to him. I found out these are the same ripoff artists that misdiagnosed my mom's HVAC resulting in her buying an entire new unit for over $10,000, and then the unit kept shutting off because the real problem was a regulator for the gas line. They're incompetent and unprofessional."
