We also went back and forth on designs and they were very accommodating and worked within our budget make the needed changes. I can honestly say that they did an absolutely amazing job on the project. Communication was great as well. They had built a large cedar upper level deck with stairs. It came out beautifully and was built so sturdy I am sure it could easily survive a hurricane or maybe a tornado. They are truly customer first organization and that is rare to see nowadays. "The project was a roof replacement due to hail damage. Proficient Construction was recommended by neighbors who used them for the same types of projects and were also impressed with their work. This was an insurance claim. It was not straightforward and required several discussions and reviews with the insurance company. Proficient navigated the process and advocated on my behalf. We ultimately reached the right outcome. Rachel was assigned as the project manager and managed all aspects of the project. She kept me informed throughout and made several trips to personally meet, provide samples, and make sure each step of the process was done. The work done was excellent. It was a one day project but when the weather forecast showed risk for storms in the afternoon Rachel pulled crews in the vicinity to make sure the roof was done before the bad weather hit. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and Proficient Construction for your home project needs."

We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard.
