He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The Journeyman Aaron, and other technicians Robert and Trevor were all knowledgeable, worked hard without taking a break and were polite and followed our request to wear a mask all the time when they were inside the home. We can tell that everyone has been with the company for a while and is happy to continue working in this company. He explained in detail the differences and we decided to stick with the tank. Once we made our decision, it was only several days before they came and installed the new water heater.
