The only reservation I have is that compared to the tank water heater that I replaced, the hot water takes longer to reach the faucet than it did with the old tank water heater."

They knew what had to be done to get it up to code because it is an older house. The previous water heater didn't have an expansion tank or earthquake straps. He had to get under the house and drill some holes through the wall to get the overflow out of the house because the area where the water heater was didn't have a drain in the floor. He was the least expensive."
