The work was done quickly, and my pond is now STUNNING. I cannot get over the difference! We had to take it all the way down and replace the liner. In the process Brian was able to move the waterfall and reconfigure the little stream that we had. We have two young, very rowdy pups and Brian is a dog person, too. He made changes that would look great but also stand up to swimming puppies. He is super nice and easy to work with. The fish were thrilled to be released into their new home, too. You should definitely call him for your project!"

They built a 12x12 cedar pavilion attached to my existing outside fireplace. It was a dream come true. They are on time and return your call. "Our floor company had removed the existing original carpeted floor in our master bath to discover damaged subfloor surrounding the toilet area which needed replaced before they could complete the new tile floor. Because of our past experiences with J & M, we called James who was able to squeeze us in the next working day.  After James and an assistant gutted and replaced the damaged area of subfloor, James didn't feel comfortable billing us for the eventual amount of work so I told him to think about it and email us a bill.

Well he thought about it and said if we didn't mind dropping off a battery charger they'd forgotten to their nearby office, we'd be all square - no bill!  Ordinarily, you'd be able to push me over with a feather after such a turn of events but after having James complete 2 previous quality  building projects for us and getting to know him and his people, we weren't totally surprised.  A 'quality' contractor doesn't always translate to quality 'people' but in the case of J & M, it does.
We've got at least 2 more home projects planned for the not-too-distant future (which James knows about) and there's no one else we'd consider calling for either advice or estimates."

"It went very well.  The only thing that was an issue (and a very minor one at that) is that he was 15 minutes late with no phone call.  But his work was quality, so I tend to overlook that.  Every other time he has come out (for estimate, samples, etc) he has been punctual or called ahead to tell us he was running late.
I was very pleased with the work he did.  Our nursery looks fantastic now.  The ceiling looks great, and the fan is hung properly.  It looks very professional.  I know it was done correctly.  He talked me through every step of the process, and let me know what he was doing.  I now feel that the nursery is safe for our baby."

They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Gave me the option to replace one or both. I chose both. Work was efficiently done. Very happy with service, Very happy with courteous tech."
