Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.
Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"The project went well, and was reasonably priced. I appreciate Jake's flexibility in scheduling and the range of options he provided for the project. His prior experience in roofing came in handy, as the animals had built a next inside a decorative boxes hung around gutter downsprouts."

"I reached out on Angi's list and David was here the same day. He checked the entire attic and ensured the raccoon was not in the attic. Once that was confirmed, he sprayed the area wit rodent repellent and sealed the hole for me. I can sleep better tonight knowing that I will not be hearing the disturbing scuffling of a raccoon above me. Thank you so much David!!"
