What a relief to hire someone who takes pride in their work. I can actually move through my attic without tripping over wires! They are fast but mindful of the task and you could easily leave them alone to go to work and not have to wonder! His work speaks for the pride he has for what he does and for his integrity. No cutting corners with Cody. He fixed what others before him had done incorrectly. He communicated with me through the whole process especially when he found discrepancies! Being informed was great. His cost for of the job was very reasonable . I feel like my electrical in this house is solid and safe because of the work that they performed. Cody knows his stuff. "I have to preface this entry with the fact that I NEVER write reviews, so the fact I m actually taking the time to do this should tell you all you need to know. If you want details, please proceed... Marty was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He came by between other jobs the day before the install to talk through the process and answer all of our questions. He was candid, clear, and very professional. Marty and his team showed up on time and after a brief review of the process, jumped right into the job at-hand. Marty s team included his son and three other young men. They were all polite, friendly, and professional as well. They completed the install in under 4 hours. We had some other work being done on the roof and he coordinated with us to make sure all of fit together perfectly. I highly recommend Marty and his team! "SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."
