"The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. I saw a coupon for 2 hours labor and I purchased it which required payment in advance. Hoping for no glitches. NO glitches! Bill Johnston and his assistant were great! Since we didn't live in the area I had called Bill and he asked me to forward the list to him. I did this and called him upon arrival in Ormond Beach. Bill scheduled us for later in the week. AND showed up AND on time!! Imagine a plumber or electrician doing that!
Bill corrected the items we had asked about and also found a couple other things as well. He had to dig up the front pole light and rewire from the house to the light. He quoted a firm price on this job and I'm sure it took a little longer than he expected. But he got it fixed and the entire bill for half a day was more than reasonable. Honest man. Honest company. Will definitely call again and have several items on my list already!
