"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. Once work began, Kevin kept us informed, was very efficient and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stamped patio and pre-cast concrete stairs that he installed. I met with Ray and he gave me an estimate to build a stamped concrete patio and firepit around my existing pool. This required extensive shrub and tree removal next to the pool. The project started and finished on time within the discussed budget. The work looks sensational and all our neighbors have tried to recruit Ray for their own projects. Unlike most building contractors, Ray does not kill you with minor change control issues and cost increases, he just gets the project done at the highest level of quality. While Ray was on site, he diagnosed a flooded basement issue and I extended the project to fix the problem. Ray has taken a basement that was regularly under water to be totally dry. "My experience with Leon's Quality Concrete was excellent from start to finish. I needed a concrete walkway patched, and Leonardo did a great job at a fair price. He is also very responsive in his communications. I was impressed because he provided three different options (short-term fix, long-term fix, & full replacement) in an email the same day he came out to view the damage. He also emailed pictures of the work in progress as well as the materials used. He even took the leftover patching material and used it to fill in spalling damage in other areas, which was an unexpected bonus and very much appreciated. This was quick work too. Everything was done inside of a week, from my initial phone call to his site visit to assess the damage to the repair work being completed. That is unheard of turnaround time these days. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I would definitely contract with him again in the future and would recommend him to other homeowners."
