I was referred to Classic Buildings from work and I'm glad that I was as the quality is much better than other companies out there. After the first phone call, Dennis came out and evaluated our location and helped answer all of our questions with no pressure to buy. I then stopped by the Springfield showroom a couple of days later and decided to have them build it on site for me. A few days later I received a call to verify my purchase with colors, size, style, etc. A couple of weeks after that they scheduled a day and time to build on site. They showed up on time, took them 4 hours to completely build it out and then left. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They didn't tear up my yard, they cleaned up everything before they left and walked through with me to answer any questions and to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. "Robert and his carpenter did a beautiful job.  He build the new deck per the specifications I laid out and worked closely with my wife on the fit and finish.  He was easy to work with and very responsive to our calls and requests throughout the project. His bid was in the mid-point of the other bids we received.  We chose Robert because we liked him right away.  The other bidders were also very good, we just seemed to click with Robert and he understood what we were looking for in our outdoor space.  In spite of the rainy spring he was able to complete the work in a timely manner.  The final result was a showpiece for the neighborhood.
