"Came the very next day after my initial call to diagnose problem. Came a second time to try a new circuit board first before replacing more expensive part, unfortunately problem continued. Immediately ordered parts and returned the same day the parts were delivered to him to install them. Fixed both problems and everything is great now. Part for dryer was $150 and total bill was $274. Part for washer was $25 and total bill for that was $71. Considering the price of the parts and him making three trips, I thought these bills were very reasonable.
