"The price was really excessive. I was charged nearly $250 to replace the innards of the tank, which I could have done myself. They repaired the valve on the water supply, which caused the leak, but then said I should replace the flapper and the other thing in there. I should have asked about the price of that. That was not critical and had I known the price, I would have said no to that. They were quick to respond and I appreciate that but the charges were really excessive."
