Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. They had to order a new part but the front desk person was quick to call and setup the followup appointment once they knew the day the part was supposed to arrive. Genna was very efficient and fixed it quickly and even was able to bend the inside of my door back into place where it had come away at the sides."

He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session.
