"The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.

"Oven worked properly and hit temperature when checking. Sadly, microwave on top of unit stopped working. I called Jason three times to inquire if he could fix it and still waiting for him to call me back. (Spoke to him on second call and he said he would get back with me.) Will go in another direction yet extremely disappointed there was a lack of followup and courtesy to recognize my call and need for help. I wish him well and would not have him or his squad back in my house for a repair."

"They were a bit too stealthy. Every time they come out, they send out a different technician, so we're not getting consistent information from them on the things that are needed. That wasn't the first time we used A#1 Air, but I believe that would be the last time we used them. There was a huge upcharge, for the subcontracting or whatever. There was a significant upcharge because of whatever, so I used Mr Duct Cleaner. They're great on responsiveness. They are always on time. They should have one person do a block because they send different people every time, which is a negative because different people have different opinions and it gets very confusing. They keep an internal log of the comments and things like that that they have about the residence, but you aren't able to view that information to see what a previous technician has said or recommended. A different person has come to our residence every single time we've used their services and we've been using them since probably 2011. We've never had the same person come out. Up until this year they were giving us a piece of paper every time someone came out and I was trying to keep up with everything that they were saying, but now, according to the technician that came out in December, they have it where those notes are put into a system and he is able to see it on his iPad that he brought but I don't know what those notes are. So I don't know what he is putting in there and I don't know what was said previously, I'm going through sheets of paper trying to figure out, "Okay, I feel like we got that done," "No, you didn't have it done. This is what they did on this visit." So if they would allow clients to log into some type of online whatever to see the different services that they provided at a particular appointment and the notes that the technician had that would be great. But, I have like a set of papers. It is cumbersome to keep up with everything that they give you and know that, "Okay, so this technician said we needed this, this technician said we needed this." We thought we got this done, no, he didn't do that, this is what he did. That is confusing as a customer. So they need to get a little more organized. I just feel like they should have maybe two people. They should have a book of clients and they have two people go out to that person all the time."

Throughout the process (around 2 hours), the guys were professional, knowledgeable, and very considerate! I was very pleased with their approach to the spigot problem and its location, as well as their advice and subsequent repair. It was definitely better to go through an interior wall rather than tear away the exterior brick (which could have only been repaired by a brick mason). They avoided any damage to the brick exterior; and, the drywall wall repair took Iess than 30 min. They even cleaned up the work area!

I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them!
