"The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.

I called Jason three times to inquire if he could fix it and still waiting for him to call me back. (Spoke to him on second call and he said he would get back with me.) Will go in another direction yet extremely disappointed there was a lack of followup and courtesy to recognize my call and need for help. I wish him well and would not have him or his squad back in my house for a repair."
