"He sent workmen to install the window. He didn't come himself. They were there, they did it and did a good job. They were punctual, clean, and they even bring a shop vac. They clean up, not perfectly, but the fact that they do it. The little paint chips and filings when they adjusted things, they vacuum it all up. The window was a custom measured product and it was a perfect fit. It didn't come with, in the package, with covers for the screw holes so he had to go get them. He was gone for an hour to go get the things to finish it in one day. The caulking that his boss did shrunk a little and you could see a little bit of a crack. He said you know what, I'm gonna caulk this over again. He didn't even do that installation but the guys that were doing the windows were caulking things and making them pretty.  <br /> <br /> The guy began doing screen enclosures with his dad and he became a contractor. I said to him, who's gonna do a better job on installing the windows you or the guys. He said the guys because they've been doing it for 20 years and they're my professional window installers. I do screen rooms.  <br /> <br /> I have nothing but compliments to say for them. For the hurricane windows, I interviewed about a thousand companies and I am very happy with my choices. Everything he does is an A.  <br /> <br />"

Alan and Paul from South Florida Screen where the only ones that had great communication and did a thorough job in estimating my project. From each of the vendors I asked each to give me an estimate of everything they thought could be fixed with my enclosure. South Florida Screen was the only one that truly delineated every detail and found issues that others did not like one of the tie down cables. Their price was the most competitive. Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking at any sort of flooring project done and would be the first company I'd personally look to if I needed any more work done."

"Great experience. I would hire again. John was on time, knowledgeable, & turned my quote around quickly. When I was ready to sign the contract, he explained everything and answered all my questions right there. Once the permit was secured, they came out for the final measurements on Monday, explained they will send them to the factory so my frame can be built. By Wednesday afternoon they were calling to setup my installation appointment. They installed Thursday & Friday. My porch looks great. It also withstood hurricane Irma, no structural damage or loss of screen fabric."

"When we went to contract we were given an install date several months away. Based on the size of the job and the lead time at the factory, it was reasonable. As we approached the date we received notice from the City that the permit was issued; as the date got closer we received a phone call remining us of the day they would start and finish. The process was flawless. Once the crews showed up, they we meticulous about covering floors and furniture to minimize the inevitable dust and debris. Once the installers had a few windows in, the stucco crew was on site working behind them patching around the windows and repairing drywall. The crews never seemed to get into each others way and the job always continued to move forward. Towards the end Jeff (the owner) was on site to make sure all went well. After all was said and done, the building inspector found no exceptions and the cleaning crew was out of the house in half the time that we had expected compared to our friends recent installation using another company. The job went well from the sale to the end. All the people that we came in contact with were very professional and knew their product"

Glen is very knowledgeable about the array of products that a customer might choose and was able to offer good advice. We were thinking about doing more extensive work, but Glen explained that it might be just too expensive to justify what we were looking to get from the work, which we greatly appreciated. Two of their employees came out to do the work, and got all of the work done well and efficiently. We are very happy with the job they did. They did just what we wanted, and it looks great! We will call Sunshine Screen & Patio in the future when our patio needs work!"
