"Scott was able to come the same day which was a pleasant surprise. He knew what the problem was and what part was needed when I described the issue to him on the phone. He went to purchase the part before showing up. On top of that, he told me what washer brands he'd recommend and why. What technician would do that? It would be a plus if he gave me an approximate repair estimate before he arrived. A little sticker shock. But I decided to go with the repair instead of waiting for someone to call me back in the next 3 days and then another week or two for the appointment with other big box stores or the manufacturer. This is the first time I use Home Advisor and I am sold."

"Great! I called Mayo as a new customer (my former plumber had retired). John called me after office hours from his cell phone before he had even returned to his office and had a chance to review my request; we discussed my situation and he said he would work me into his schedule. They kept in touch and updated expected arrival time. When John arrived, he was very personable, professional and efficient; he even leak-checked fittings for furnace and water heater, in addition to the new fitting he installed for the dryer. I like small family-owned businesses and would hire them again in a minute!"

"diagnosed the problem quickly, informed us is was either a venting issue or a short cycling issue. because the venting issue would involve the apartments cleaning out our vent instead of us buying a new part he recomended we have maintenance clean our vent and if we still had problems call him back for free within 90 days and he'd fix the other problem. Honest and helpful he just wanted to get our dryer working again."

"Dan came out right as scheduled and fixed what he thought was the issue based on previous experience with that model. It was better but not completely fixed. I called to let them know and he came out very quickly again and did some more homework and replaced a different part at no charge. It still wasn’t working the way that it should so he did more research and got into some forum to see if other people had run across that issue that we were having and came out again to replace another part and then it worked great! Dan and the company were very quick to respond to my needs and did not charge me for the additional parts or time needed to make it right. Best service I have had from anywhere in many years and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know ."
