"Craig Clark has been to my home twice, 10 years apart. In 2014, he came to my house to correctly install two ceiling fans that were not put together correctly. My tenant had reported that the fans were wobbling. I had them fixed when he was deployed. In 2024, I had an issue with my outdoor electrical outlets, bathroom fan no longer worked and there were previously done incorrectly. Was hired to do a job before Thanksgiving and due to lack of ability to consistently show and do their job, this is what my Thanksgiving with family consisted of, thanks to the handyman not finishing a job he started. All communication ceased and he didn’t return, now I am left to look at this horrible job and will now have to find a company willing to come work behind a shotty handyman. I am a firm believer that his reviews are not really customers because this was unprofessional and unbecoming of a business owner. Trustworthy is not a word Task Guru should ever use. My cabinets have been cut and I have been left with lights that are inconsistent in size. I have holes in my walls and they took my face/switch plates and even my switches to where I can’t even operate my dining room light. I have offered chances for them to come complete the job and even requested the return of my switches my either bringing them or me picking them up....crickets..."
