Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

"Jerry removed the old stucco ( ground it down to concrete block and weather proof material, lath etc ) and re-stuccoed the entire upper surface of the foyer entrance to match the pattern of the building.  We had water intrusion from the roof with the old stucco, so as we were replacing the roof we wanted to correct the stucco which was damaged. Jerry did a great job coordinating with the roofer as well as getting the job done timely.  He also did a great job matching the exterior stucco pattern.  The job was done on time and on budget."
