"We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."

"Sherif the (Owner) is a scam artist, i used to work for him and have seen him deliberately cause problems in people’s air conditioning systems so he could collect money when the customer would call later on about the problem. He told me he does that kind of thing right to my face as i was working on a compressor. He installed my parents unit as well and never topped the system off leaving it with half the amount of freon intentionally hoping my poor elderly parents would call for a service call and spend 100s of dollars to add freon. luckily i was there and have an epa license and went and spent 400$ to get a jug of R410A to top off there system so the house would cool properly i have seen him time and time again add problems to systems that were unnecessary just to make more money and leave people with problems with there units. I witnessed this all first hand. Please never trust this outfit. Sherif comes across as a very nice guy but in reality is the worst type of contractor trying to scam elderly and all types of age people out of money. Please take my advice"

"Complete Air Mechanical was assigned through my home warranty. They gave me an 8am–12pm window. I confirmed the appointment and had my girlfriend take off work to be home. I missed their confirmation call while on the phone, called back shortly after, and was told I had to reschedule. No one warned me this was their policy. Darla, the admin, was rude and dismissive. The appointment was rescheduled two days later. Same window, same issue — I missed their call while in the shower, returned it 10 minutes later, and they canceled again. Darla showed zero empathy and made no effort to help. I’ve now lost two days of work and still don’t have AC. Their system is inflexible and their customer service is terrible. I highly recommend asking your warranty company to assign someone else if they try to use Complete Air Mechanical."
