"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The most trustworthy, reliable and competent outfit. They kept me appraised at all steps of the repair. Highly professional. They replaced the Freon, coil and filter. It was under warranty, I purchased the a/c from them 11 or 12 years ago and it was still under warranty so I only paid for the Freon. My home warranty under American Home Shield quoted me just under $2000 so this was a no brained. I am a confident D and H client and will continue to rely on their expertise, professionalism and compassionate service. Parts had to be ordered so I was without a/c during the 110 degree heatwave. No worries! D and H brought me at no charge a large portable A/C unit so we managed just fine. I highly recommend D and H!"

"The technicians, Al and Pablo were excellent. We had a strong rotting smell in a small bathroom, suggesting a sewer backup problem. They came promptly and examined the situation, including crawling under the house to inspect the everything. They found that our problem was not a sewer. Then they searched in the bathroom itself, and determined that it was an animal nest right under the sink vanity. They were quick, pleasant, and efficient. Because the visit was so fast and not a plumbing problem, they volunteered not to charge anything. If we have other problems potentially serviced by Temperature Control, we will surely call you next time."

The diagnostic evaluation description changed from my purchase date to the appointment so the service was not what I expected.



I hired the company to seal my ducts. The price was reasonable but on the date of the appointment, only a portion of service was performed and the time of the appointment was not as scheduled. The remainder of the service was rescheduled when I called the company. The computer that shows pre and post duct sealing leakage was on the fritz. I was supposed to receive a copy and have requested this multiple times. I still have not received this.

The servicemen are very professional and seem quite competent. The schedulers, receptionist, business office end of things is atrocious.
