"We became FamPlan members because of the excellent service we've had from our Choates techs. Today's preventative maintenance service on our HVAC system demonstrated to us that despite having a great team and process they are continuing to make improvements. We appreciate this service-first approach!"

"Another service came out and said I needed an $800+ fix. I called Aire Serv to get a second opinion and they not only stuck with it until they fixed my AC, (it took a couple Of visits but they only charged me for one) they did it without needing the expensive part the other one tried to sell me. They were very responsive, helpful and educational"

"The technician (Vic) was on time and did an excellent job. He was friendly and very professional. I’ve had no problems with my heating system since the repair. The heater runs excellent. The most important thing about the repair was the low cost. Another company would have charged twice the amount for the repair. I got low cost and quality service. I highly recommend this company if you need air-conditioning or heating repair. I’ll definitely call them again if I need their services."

"Excellent service.  Would use again without hesitation.

"I consider them to be pros. Wonderful job and very professional. Excellent contacting me when to install which was just a couple of days from the first time I called them. They also do plumbing too. if I need their services for that."

"Ronald was great he notified me that he would be able to start the repairs earlier than his expected time. He was prompt and very professional I strongly recommend this service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Al services went well. They arrived when they said they would And performed the service."

"The communication was professional and quick. The service was exceptional. The price was more than fair."

"My gas fireplace would not come on. I consulted Angieslist and decided on Steve Ray's Services. The technician arrived within the four hour window. He was courteous & friendly. My husband and I had never tried the fireplace before, this is our second winter here. The home also has central heat which is what we used last winter. The technician was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He tried some things and asked some questions. It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace. It is perfectly safe and he resolved the issue that I had in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this comapny and technician (Jerimiah) to anyone needing help with their fireplace.
