"Two men, Jerry and Tommy, arrived on the morning of May 19, 2017 to install the system. Tommy dug a hole on one side of the house, poured a concrete foundation in said hole, and also set up metal tubing, which created a stand on which the condenser sits to protect it from runoff. Meanwhile, Jerry was inside, drilling holes through my bedroom and dining room interior and then exterior walls for the refrigerant pipes which run from the condenser to the air handlers. He mounted each air handler high up on the wall. There was also electrical work performed to connect the units to the main panel in the basement. The whole job took several hours. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. At the close of it, Jerry presented me with my remotes and instructions, and showed me the basics. I used the system for the first time just a couple of nights after installation. The first night (it was the start of a heat wave) the air from the system was cool-ish - tolerable, but not quite as comfortable as I'd hoped - but I was still uncertain about the controls so I didn't tab down the temperature. The second night I did tab down the temperature, and that's when I found out that, though the fans and vanes in both air handlers worked, the cooling mechanisms did not. Considering the amount of money I'd just spent i was more than a little upset. Visions of law suits danced in my overheated head that night. I called the next morning. Jerry came out that day and diagnosed the problem (something to do with the solenoids, or maybe it was the thermistors). In any case, he did fix it, and this time, it worked as designed, and has done so ever since. I should add that NETR offers a service contract. Despite the added expense - for me, 234.99 a year for 3 years (the annual rate is fixed for that period, plus I get a 5% discount) - it makes total sense to have this complex system undergo periodic maintenance. I will pay the total at the time of the first inspection, in 2018."

"Jake, who is the service tech I see every year for any repairs and the annual tune up could not have been more helpful. He diagnosed why the burner had shut down showed me the issue and what needed to be done. I have had Genove come into my home every year and they are outstanding. Very professional and they take the time to listen as well as breakdown solutions if I have an issue with my heating system. I will continue to rely on them for my service."

"I have an excellent service plan! SILA sent a determined service person named John. It was a tricky problem because every time they got here the heat would be back on (3rd trip). John was so determined to figured it out he even called the maker. He came well prepared ready for several alternatives. He knew an arctic front was heading tonight. He just left (7:30 pm). My heat is on and the malfunction repaired. ??John much appreciated! AND all three trips and repairs were covered by my plan. I will never complain about the high cost of the plan again."

In spite of the attic temperature being well over 80 degrees, they worked continuously and finished on schedule. I would recommend Airco Home Comfort Services to anyone who is looking for a high quality, professional job. They demonstrated the technical knowledge and engineering capabilities to evaluate the job and to select the right equipment for my requirements, more so than several other providers were able to do. I was not looking for the least expensive job, but for the best engineering capabilities for a fairly large house with a good sized, north facing sun room and many windows.

They even hooked up everything and reprogrammed my ecobee3 smart connected thermostats. Jason spent an hour on the phone with me about the unit and i know any of them would stop by if we needed more help. We were worried about what we heard about the noise factor with high velocity units and these guys take great care to design the lengths and add sound-dampening material to the last 3 feet of the vents. The whole system is super impressive. Couldn't recommend them highly enough."
