I suspect this leak is caused by the imbalance due to the broken hanger straps. I expected a professional and reliable installation from Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, but these problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evergreen Home Heating and Energy. If you’re considering them for your home needs, be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere."
