"Professional and courteous. They're not going to do you any favors but their service is solid. They fixed a leak on my Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless mini-split (a heater/ac wall unit). First, one of their techs came out to diagnose. He checked some stuff, found that there was no refrigerant and scheduled an LSR tech (leak, search and repair). Diagnosis: $215 The LSR tech came out, checked the system and found that there was a loose valve. He tightened it and checked the system and we were good to go. He evacuated the system and charged it with refrigerant. He also did maintenance on the outside unit. It looked pretty clean after he was done. Nitrogen Leak Check System (bubble test for leaks): $651 Repair Each Leak and test: $193 per fix Evacuate System: $432 Charge System with Refrigerant: $491 Subtotal: $1982 Yup, two thousand dollars. This is Seattle for you and not sunny Los Angeles. They probably could have taken off the fix charge but I get it. Either way, they fixed my system and I'm happy. I would recommend Greenwood based on their solid service and professionalism. If you're getting an AC unit fixed get quotes! I submitted requests for quotes after the diagnosis and out of the 5 or 6 companies that I contacted nobody would give me a quote and they wanted to send out their own tech to diagnose. But I already had a diagnosis. So I just went with Greenwood. I hope this helps someone out there. My AC is ice cold and I'm happy. Maybe it'll spit out popsicles!"

He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Professionalism. On the day of the repair everything was handled correctly by two every nice gentlemen. You would never know that a repair had been made as nothing was out of place afterwards and the roof was perfect. Needless to say Home Squad will be getting the job of re-roofing our house when the time comes and I will be referring them to all my friends."
