Not only was his quote less, he found that the unit was still under warranty and scheduled a repair and maintenance appointment. Andrew answered the phone, said he was at another job and that he would come to our house after he finished the job. After a couple of phone calls updating me about the delay at his job, he arrived at our house about 8:15 pm. He quickly assessed the problem was a broken pump. He made a temporary fix so we could use the ac on a hot night and then returned the next morning at 9:15 with a new pump. He installed the new pump and we asked him to do an HVAC maintenance check since it hadn't been done for several years. The ac has been working very well since the repair. We highly recommend Andrew Mengis for his professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service."

"They were on time. They diagnosed the problem and, although the furnace seemed to be constructed to make repairing it difficult, they fixed the problem. My only complaint was the bill was one line (parts and labor) with no breakdown of how much each was. It was not too expensive, so no problem. It just would have been nice to have it broken down."
