The first time Dylen came was by coincidence as Wade Heating assigned him the job. However, Dylen was so exceptional we asked for him by name this time. As alwyas he was courteous, informative and very personable. When he is done with the service call we always feel satisfied that everything was done correctly. "I called John after another company had told me I needed a $5,000 new condenser because my compressor had gone bad. After a couple of hours troubleshooting the tech "Tim" went to town cleaning out the coils. They were filthy. The other company - who had been "servicing" this system for my elderly parents had never once cleaned the coils. After cleaning them twice, using some foaming chemical that breaks up dirt - he got the system up and running without overheating - as it had been. These guys REALLY took their time to fix my condenser instead of trying to privateer big bucks by selling me a new system. I will never call anyone else again. This is an honest professional."
