"I called Appliance Pro LLC late in the evening on a Thursday night with the intention of leaving a voicemail. Much to my surprise, the owner of the company (Jim) answered. He must work all the time! I was looking for a second opinion on whether or not to repair my 10 year old Whirlpool Cabrio washer. Here is why I am rating Appliance Pro LLC so high... from the information I provided over the phone, he could’ve set up an appointment and charged me a service call charge - which I was prepared to pay. But he didn’t. He even went as far as to confirm the diagnosis from the other service company and m ake a recommendation for a replacement machine. Jim is an honest man and I will definitely use his company in the future if I have appliance issues."
