"Tommy came on a Monday to install a replacement part in my 20-year-old Moen faucet. The company had sent me the repair kit, free. Tommy was not able to make the repair. I agreed to buy another faucet at Home Depot, and he would come back on Thursday to install it. On Thursday, he found that one of the parts of the new faucet was defective. Tommy said he would try to get a part to replace the defective one and complete the installation. I could use the faucet, but it was not securely attached to the sink. The following Monday, he brought a replacement part, but it was the wrong one. Finally, on Friday he brought a part that fit, and finished the installation. It seems as though the process was more problem-filled than one would expect, but Tommy followed up and completed the project to my satisfaction. He did not charge me for more than one trip to my house, even though he made four trips. The cost was $99 for the installation and $33 for parts"

They kept me informed the whole time about what was going on. There was a problem with the existing pluming and they were able to take care of it. They finished all the work on the same day. "I had attempted to remove the old faucet and had reached a point where I did not have the tools necessary to complete the task. Provider cut off rusted pipe and installed new faucet I provided. Explained process. Cleaned up after service. Honored Angie's List offer. Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. I will use this provider for other work I require.

"I truly enjoyed having Gary work on our project and I plan to hire him in the next few months to do my kitchen remodel. What sets him apart from the rest is his integrity. When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it.
